The service Freddie provides is second to none. He responds instantly to a new travel request; initially acknowledging the request and then a short time after with the relevant flight/hotel information. Since the early days of the pandemic, he has provided up-to-date travel guidance and Covid-testing information. This has been invaluable to us. I have used many travel providers in the past but Freddie is the only one I would happily recommend to others.
