My name is Adalaine and I have over 25 years’ expertise in the travel industry, working for some of the most well-known corporate travel management companies in the UK and New Zealand. Adalaine provides an excellent service in all respects that I would wish from a travel company. All queries are replied to promptly, she is creative and provides alternative options from which to choose, and takes care to understand and my preferences and to tailor plans options. She is proactive both in anticipating future travel needs, and in monitoring the status of flights and potential disruptions for trips in progress. And she is very understanding and patient when plans change and require her to modify bookings or to repeat work.
