Hi, my name is Damian Flower, based in Hook Hampshire, where I have lived for the past 12 years.

Having been in the Travel Industry for over 30 years working on, and leading teams predominantly in the corporate travel arena. I have managed a large variety of clients in the Media, Apparel & Investment Banking sectors.

In 2008 I was able to combine my passions for Travel & Motorsport, becoming the Travel Operations Manager at McLaren Racing based in Woking Surrey.
Working in F1 has allowed me to develop my skills for personal and group travel, alongside all the contacts required to event manage year-round groups, every other week, to the highest standards, with flexibility as an integral element.

Alongside booking travel for Motor Sport teams, my contacts have also allowed me to support travel across a very varied client base. These include Automotive, Electric Vehicle, Marketing, Health, Manufacturing, Financial Services & Private Yachting sectors.

I am excited to be able to collaborate with a fellow Travel Counsellor, James Houtby, who has extensive experience and contacts across the Sports Group & Events market. James has worked with some of the biggest names in sport from grass roots teams through to elite athletes.
