My name is Gaynor Patterson, I am a business travel agent working from my home in Chester.

I have worked in travel since leaving university and have 22 years experience in the industry. I started in travel in the leisure industry working for the Tourist Office and then to Thomas Cook before moving to a large independent luxury tour operator in the flights department. For the last 12 years I have worked in the business travel industry building up the relationship between myself and local businesses as well as large multi-national companies, police authorities and UK/US banks.

I offer a personal dedicated service to all my customers, you will only deal with myself and a colleague giving you a guarantee of continuity and highest levels of customer service.
