Gill did such a great job with the travel for my meeting earlier this year. I really appreciated how she worked over the Christmas and New Year period to meet some tight deadlines, juggled train and flight itineraries and monitored possible disruption to travel due to a general strike in France. Having Gill delivering her travel services to us was always a pleasure. Competent, friendly, calm, focused and reliable. She more often than once de-fused and rescued tricky travel situations while on the road for me with a simple phone call and her working the magic behind the scenes until any and all issues were fully resolved. Gill continues to provide a phenomenal level of service. What I especially appreciate is the speed with which she changes bookings to help me get an earlier flight home whenever the opportunity presents itself. I've been able to read my kids a bed time story on countless extra occasions purely thanks to Gill's willingness to help at any time of day and her speed and efficiency in making things happen fast.
