I am a business travel specialist, based in sunny Llantwit Major, South Wales, just outside Cardiff. I live here with my wife and young daughter. We recently moved here from London.
I am an experienced Account Manager, having worked for a global travel company for over 7 years. This grounding, coupled with my own extensive travelling, has given me an excellent knowledge of all aspects of corporate travel.
I decided to make the move to Travel Counsellors so I could focus on my clients and give them an even more personalised and dedicated service.
I take a great deal of satisfaction in dealing with requests in a prompt and efficient manner and I pride myself on my attention to detail and customer care. During my career in travel I have dealt with most eventualities and that has given me the know-how to effectively deal with any last-minute changes to plans or unforeseen circumstances. I’m available to my clients 7 days a week and outside of regular office hours to ensure that every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
I understand the responsibility of managing travel for corporate clients and I like to think I have a calm and creative approach to all requests and situations. I don’t see my job as simply booking travel, but also offering solutions and anticipating any issues.
