My name is Jill, a Business Travel Counsellor based in Alford, Aberdeenshire and welcome to my webpage. I have a passion for travel, with an extensive knowledge of the industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. My background as a Travel Manager for a large security company has made me an expert in unusual requests, complex itineraries and last minute panics. Trained in Security Management I understand the complexities of travelling to hostile or non-permissive environments.

I keep up to date with the latest developments in the travel industry and am an active member of the ITM (Institute of Travel and Meetings). I regularly attend seminars and conferences to ensure that I am current with the latest travel trends, adding value to the overall customer experience.

On a personal level, I have travelled all over the world with a tour around China being a particular highlight. Having lived in Cyprus and the Falkland Islands, I was able to travel extensively within each country and as such, I have particular expertise in and around those areas.
