I have been in the business travel industry since 1993, having worked for large, global travel management companies in South Africa. In 2006, my family and I relocated to the United Kingdom and I continued working in the industry I am so passionate about.

Kash always has an answer. When she has not got an answer, she gets it quickly. When I travel on business, circumstance means that planning can be difficult or non existent. Kash and the team know my profile, preferences allowances and limitations and think for me, meaning my poor planning is saved by their quick thinking., they always has an answer. I have used this service frequently and can honestly say the Ashwells make every effort to ensure I have the correct times for travel, via train or plane, correct hotel grade, expenses paid via company or at the end of the stay and have never missed a beat. This year I have travelled more than last year and my arrangements have had to be flexible and often last minute. Whilst anything can be done for any amount of money, Kash makes the best job of getting me where I need to be without costing me over the top prices. Great support to our ladies in the office who coordinate mine and colleagues travels; we know that we stretch patience and are very grateful for all of their and your tolerance of this. Kashan was so professional and listened to my needs. My parents are flying out a week before us and she ensured that private transfers were arranged for them and us. She also got in touch with the hotel to ask if we could be in the same part of the hotel to my parents as we are flying out a week later. Such good attention to little detail. Would I recommend her, definitely goes with out saying!

Kashan has helped my company in many situations. There was a time when I had 3-4 colleagues stuck in Philadelphia due to bad weather and flights had been cancelled. They called Kashan directly and even though it was 2am UK time, Kashan got to work to find alternative flights without hesitation. On a Sunday morning in late December 2010 I was faced with a cancelled flight from Stockholm due to snow at Heathrow. The enquiries queue at Stockholm was 6 hours long - so before I joined it I phoned Kashan - who had decided to go to work to help out all her passangers. Within 5 minutes she sent details of my new tickets to manchester to my phone - and I was back home within hours.
