Katharine has been providing travel management to WDS for more than eight years and has become a valued part of our team. Katharine goes to great efforts to understand the preferences and habits of our frequent travellers, which coupled with her knowledge of the travel industry means we quickly get to the right personalised itinerary for even the most complex travel plans. When the inevitable travel hiccups occur, Katharine always takes our call, day or night - and is surprisingly chirpy at 3am! She’s rescued members of the team from any number of snow storms, volcanoes and travel strikes. On a recent trip I sent a single text moments before take-off at Heathrow to advise my flight was running late. On landing in Chicago I got a text and voicemail from Katharine saying she had managed to secure the last seat on a later connecting flight.
