Hello, I am Lesley Anne Baker and run my own business travel planning service in partnership with the award-winning Travel Counsellors.

I am based in the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove in East Sussex however I have customers located across the UK and around the globe.

Before starting my own business 6 years ago, I worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, leading teams of premium customer service staff for international airlines as well as managing a portfolio of business travelers in the sports, events, music and entertainment, retail, IT, and financial services industries. From small family businesses to corporations with 500+ employees, I was available to manage every aspect of their travel planning as well as offering a concierge service.

In 2016, after a 2-year sabbatical living in the Caribbean, I took a leap of faith and started my business with the support of Travel Counsellors. It has been an amazing journey so far and I look forward to what the next 5 years brings. I am passionate about what I do and delivering an exceptional service to all my clients, wherever they are in the world.

I provide a full Travel Management service and can offer corporate and commercial airfares, private air charter services, preferred hotel rates, chauffeur drive transfers, car hire, group rates, meetings, incentive and events management, Eurostar and rail travel, lounge services, car parking, visa services, coach and ferry services as well as offering a full concierge service for meetings, restaurant, and event bookings.

As well as a personal booking service, I can offer full Management Information data, travel policy writing, and Account Management services to all my clients, and will provide a CO2 emissions report as we all care about our planet. I am there as your dedicated travel planner and in the event of a last-minute change of plans or emergencies, I have the support of Travel Counsellors 24/7 Duty Office.
