Hi, I’m Luke and I’m a Business Travel Specialist.

I’m passionate about what I do and I’m highly skilled, I take pride in providing my clients with the very best service and if I had a motto it would be ‘nothing is too much trouble!’

Working as a Travel Counsellor means I have access to the very best in travel technology and I’m able to work remotely making me accessible 24 hours a day. This is crucial when helping people in different time zones and when dealing with strict ticketing deadlines. Our clients are also supported by free 24/7 emergency assistance in the unlikely event that I should be unreachable so with us you know that you are never going to be left stranded.

I’ve been working in travel for over 12 years. In that time I’ve been a high street travel agent in Chelmsford and then a business travel agent in the City, I’ve managed agencies on Fleet Street, in Clapham Junction and in Brighton. I’m based in Brighton now but much of my business is in London so I find myself there on a regular basis which gives me good opportunity to appreciate the sights I took for granted for so many years!

When I book business travel for my clients, my goal is to make life as easy as possible for the travel booker and travellers. For me, it’s all about anticipating what you, the client wants and making sure I give it to you as efficiently as possible. In the current climate, it’s important to make sure I get the best value, essentially I shop around for the best options on your behalf and I’m able to hold seats without payment or commitment, which is invaluable when planning a meeting as you can fix the price while you wait for the meeting to be confirmed.

One of the keys to being a business travel agent is to not take no for an answer when dealing on behalf of a client. Whatever is asked of me, if it’s something simple like a room on a high floor or something really important like a seat on the first flight home after a snowstorm has cancelled all flights, I’ll work tirelessly to get the answer we all want. Being available 24/7 is key to my service, you know you can count on me and that I truly care. I’m also happy to help with free flight upgrades, frequent flyer advice, complimentary chauffeur drivers etc. which I think are nice touches but often overlooked.

My speciality is business travel but I love putting together a great holiday. It’s an honour to plan and book a holiday for a corporate client, in a way it’s the greatest compliment and of course, I always take extra special care when doing so!
