I would just like to say a big thank you to Tim Fitzgerald for all the help he gave to me planning my recent trip to Lisbon. I had the task of organising a weekend away for 70 people. Tim found us a wonderful hotel in a fabulous location, a fantastic restaurant for a meal out on the Saturday night and also helped to find a good reliable coach/taxi firm to transport staff to and from the airport. With Tim’s knowledge of the area it made my life a lot easier and nobody could fault anything! Once again, many thanks to Tim. If I am given the challenge again then it will be Tim who I turn to for help!

When I started working for my new company I wasn't familiar with the way they did things, Tim really saved my life. He made it so easy for me. He knew what I wanted before I even asked for it. I could count on him for all travel related requests and he never disappointed me. We started using Tim at Travel Counsellors as the service we were receiving from our previous provider was expensive, slow and often not exactly what we'd asked for. Tim has worked hard to disprove any misconceptions we may have had of travel agents in general. Tim provides a service which is fast, proactive and economical. Tim has a vast knowledge of the global travel network which is regularly tested with our rapidly changing travel demands. On many occasions, Tim has been able to find deals which have provided a better service than we could have expected at very little extra cost. We receive a speedy and efficient bespoke service and look forward to more of the same in the future.
